RESEARCH

Our lab aims to address two major challenges facing mRNA vanccine and mRNA therapeutics:​

  • How can we improve the immunogenicity of mRNA vaccines?

  • How can we improve protein production of  mRNA therapeutics?

APPROACHES:
1. Nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) modification
2. Nucleic acids delivery systems (lipid nanoparticles, polymer nanoparticles etc)
