Our lab aims to address two major challenges facing mRNA vanccine and mRNA therapeutics:​

How can we improve the immunogenicity of mRNA vaccines?

How can we improve protein production of mRNA therapeutics?
APPROACHES:
1. Nucleic acids (DNA/RNA) modification
2. Nucleic acids delivery systems (lipid nanoparticles, polymer nanoparticles etc)
APPLICATIONS:
Mainly in mRNA therapy and gene editing. ​
1. Cancer mRNA vaccine
2. Infectious disease mRNA vaccine
3.Cas9 gene editing tools delivery
